"S-sakura...!" Naruto's eyes were wide as he stared at the girl, barley able to comprehend what had just happened.
"its...its just so hard, Naruto..." she said, wringing her hands in her lap. “I…I just can’t-” she hiccupped as she began to cry harder.
She did care about both of them. She really did.
But being forced to choose between them made her wish that she didn’t have feelings for either. The girl slowly leaned forward and covered her head with her hands, fingers laced, as she began to sob.
“S-Sakura…”
The blonde could barley moved.
Sakura had kissed him.
Sakura had /kissed him/.
But the thing he couldn’t wrap his head around was that /Sakura/ had kissed /him/.
The boy’s mind was racing. ‘Yeah, Sakura promised me. But…but why did she kiss me all of a sudden?! And…why is she crying now…?’

“Sa-…Sakura…”
“I’m sorry, Naruto…! I‘m trying okay!?” she shook as she sobbed.  
He didn’t want to see her like this anymore. Ever so slowly, he sat down next to her, slowly putting his arm around her. She sniffled as she gently brought her head up to look at the boy. His blue eyes looked so sad as he stared at her.
“As long as you don’t cry anymore…I…I can wait!” He tried to speak with a smile, but it didn’t work too well. Sakura slowly leaned into him, causing them to fall over, her on top of him. The pink haired girl snuggled into the blonde’s shirt as her tears slowly seized. Naruto was shocked at first, but slowly relaxed with her in his arms.
The minuets passed by like hours as the two secretly enjoyed every second time counted.
But a sudden sound made both of the ninjas nearly jump out of their skin. There was a knock at the door.
“Sakura? Can I come in…?”
